Yoga flow is a body, mind and spirit discipline that promotes harmony in the human body using the ceation of fluid body mouvments , breathing techniques and mouvement meditaions. It improves posture, flexibility, muscular tone, blood flow,detoxification, relaxation and compassion.

Prénatal Yoga

The focus here is to promote optimal posture and techniques that helps breathing efficiently, the capacity of personal introspection and positive emotional support. It helps energise your body, remedies to to the body’s physical discomforts such a sciatica, back tension and poor digestion. Prerequisites : 12 weeks pregnancy.

Postnatal Yoga

The focus here is on abdominal recovery and  optimal posture to  support proper carrying   and relieve back pain from breastfeeding . It also promotes connection and positive vibrations around baby.

SUP Yoga

On a board , on flat and calm waters, this is excellent for core stabilisation and body balance. First we learan to paddle ,  to control the board  in order to practice yoga in the most amazing open air studio that is nature.
