It helps energise your body, remedies to to the body’s physical discomforts such a sciatica, back tension and poor digestion. Prerequisites : 12 weeks pregnancy.

Postnatal Yoga
The focus here is on abdominal recovery and optimal posture to support proper carrying and relieve back pain from breastfeeding . It also promotes connection and positive vibrations around baby.

SUP Yoga
On a board , on flat and calm waters, this is excellent for core stabilisation and body balance. First we learan to paddle , to control the board in order to practice yoga in the most amazing open air studio that is nature.
